Classical Conversations (CC) supports homeschooling parents by cultivating the love of learning through a Christian worldview in fellowship with other families. We believe there are three keys to a great education: classical, Christian, and Community.
The CC communities are comprised of families who desire a Christ-centered education that prepares their children to defend their faith and be competitive in college and career. CC is a movement that partners with parents to support all levels of the homeschool journey. Here in the Flathead Valley, our group meets once per week to combine studies, practice, and to learn and grow together!
The Foundations Program is for grades K through 6th and focuses on the grammar (learning the language) of 7 core topics: English, math, Latin, history, geography, science and Timeline. It also brings families together on community day to perform science experiments and expand their knowledge of fine arts (basics of drawing, music theory and practice, great composers, great artists and fundamentals of orchestra),
The Essentials Program is for grades 4th through 6th focusing on the fundamentals of the English language, writing, and mental math.
The Challenge Program is a complete high school program. Students follow a parent-tailored syllabus four days per week, then gather together to present, discuss, debate, and learn with one another.
Tutors are qualified CC parents that are paid to lead activities and small groups of students on community day.
Information Meetings are frequently held to give interested families more understanding of the classical Christian model of education. Check the upcoming events section of the website to find one near you.
